When we arm our selves with biblical truth, we are not afraid when others poke or scorn us for doing what God created in the first place.

Homebirth is a common one even for homeschool parents to go to doctor to "fix" the maternity "problem." I believe that an apothecary or a physician is fine to help overcome the MAJOR issues, but everyday life is best put in to God's hands.Raggedy Cottage Gardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07932578499656289673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1219871101740365913.post-31209669723452167352014-01-19T13:52:36.127-07:002014-01-19T13:52:36.127-07:00Steph, thank you for your input. In doing so they mar the very "image of God" wherein they were created. Public schools are dedicated to turning out murderous, despiteful, fornicating, haters of God. What other term could be more fitting? My heart is heavy for these kids because they have been literally schooled in these things all of their lives. My family is currently working on a plan to witness to this neglected group of lost souls.

Thanks for stopping by. :-)Simply Keeping Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12567198229455289643noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1219871101740365913.post-42299120856936708882014-01-19T08:56:14.215-07:002014-01-19T08:56:14.215-07:00Referring to graduates of public schools as "...Referring to graduates of public schools as "freaks" just seems so harsh and cold. As mothers, we need lots of it! And wisdom, too! Pray each day for fresh wisdom from the Lord and you'll be amazed. He gives it freely and doesn't upbraid us for it!
Blessings to you!Simply Keeping Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12567198229455289643noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1219871101740365913.post-55927818708293818382013-10-09T12:09:42.960-06:002013-10-09T12:09:42.960-06:00You are always so sweet to address my comments/que...You are always so sweet to address my comments/questions in a very thoughtful way. Thank you! I love what you said about how it's not a matter of being the best teacher in the world, but that a mother is the best teacher suited for her children. That is a very good point! You know the old saying, "God doesn't call the equipped, He equips the called."? I think about that all the time since I've become a mother! :-) I know God is faithful. I was never homeschooled and neither was my husband, so this is kind of a new world to us:-) Thank you for giving me some new things to think about.

-CourtneyCourtneynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1219871101740365913.post-54943625461289439312013-10-07T13:08:44.646-06:002013-10-07T13:08:44.646-06:00That is so wonderful, DeNeice! I may not know all there is to teach them as far as the newer math etc, but one thing I am great at is guarding their hearts and minds and teaching them the word of our dear Lord.deniecebarneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10807979509062178417noreply@blogger.com
