Proof That God Exists
Let's look at what the Bible says regarding those who argue that God does not exist.
Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him [God] from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
So exactly who is it that needs proof of God's existence? Nobody. Absolutely no one.
God has already proven his existence by the things that he made. And these visible things speak of an invisible God.
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
This verse proclaims, not if the unbeliever knew God, but when they knew God.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Athiests/agnostics believe themselves to be wise. But, like someone who says they don't believe in words, they became fools.
For a believer, nothing is quite as sobering as an exchange with a an athiest/agnostic who's determined to walk over a cliff.
Warning them that their choice will only bring certain death sometimes only seems to prompt their wrath and indignation.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.
Psalm 14:1 and Psalm 53:1
Only a fool takes this stand. According to Proverbs 26:4-5, there are only two outcomes when you are dealing with a fool.
Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him. Proverbs 26:4
and
Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit. Proverbs 26:5
This pair of verses are not contradicting one another. They are an illustration of one clear fact: answering a fool or not answering a fool produces the same result: the fool remains a fool!
Only a fool would view a Renoir painting and say there was no painter.
Only a fool would look up at a sky scraper and say there was no builder.
Only a fool would see a chocolate cake sitting on a table and say it just grew out of the table.
Only a fool, when looking at two choices for man's origin - we came from rocks or we were created by a supremely intelligent God, would say it must have been rocks.
Only a fool who views any masterpiece of creation and says it's the result of some random chance explosion millions of years ago. Even though the thing literally drips with extraordinary complexity, detail, design and instinct.

This fool joins others fools and makes a conscious decision to pretend there is no God.
From what I read in Romans 1:20, God holds all men accountable to the knowledge of him and boldly proclaims that they are without excuse.
In other words, nothing will excuse them on the day of judgment. Not one person will stand before him and get away with saying they didn't know him all along. What a frightening thought!
With that in mind, lets look at the terminology that unbelievers use for themselves and see where they fit in the picture.
Agnostics say that they "don't know" if there is a God. "A" means no or without. Gnostic means knowledge.
The term A-theist literally means "no God". Saying there is no God requires absolute knowledge.
The atheists claim is similar to someone claiming there are no diamonds in Switzerland. To prove such a thing, would require absolute knowledge. They'd have to search every square inch of that country in order to substantiate the statement. This includes every person, every pocket, every home, and every possible place where a diamond could exist. Such an enormous undertaking would be impossible. But, it is the only means to prove such a statement.
So what are we left with? The reality is that the claim of agnosticism is impossible because the Bible indicts ALL men with the knowledge of God, and the claim of atheism reveals itself to not actually have any scientific reasoning whatsoever. It is simply a religion or belief.
Most of us have played "make believe" or pretend during childhood. For athiests and agnostics, it is like they are playing this game all over again, only as adults. They are like children who hide in a corner, cover their eyes and pretend that they are now invisible. Only this time, the consequences are horrifying and eternal.
Revelation 21:8 - But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
